Details:

Condensing Coil for Market Forge STME & STME-L is needed if your sterilizer is situated inside the building, away from a window or a wall (near the outside of the building).  It will cool the exhaust steam so it can be drained into the floor drain.  If however, the sterilizer is situated near a window or a wall, a pipe can be ran from the sterilizer to the outside so that the exhaust steam can be drained into it.
